Neil Lennon Returns As Celtic Coach!

Just a word on the the return of one of my hero's to Paradise Neil Lennon.

Surely a great boost for the fans and possibly the players to see Neil come back in a coaching capicity.Neil will be in the dug out on Saturday and will hopefully be giving his all to claw back the difference at the top of the SPL.

I would love to see Neil going wild on April 16th leaping out of the dugout celebrating at beating Rangers in the next old firm.Hopefully his sheer prescence can inspire a lacklustre Celtic side in the coming weeks.Last ditch from GS???

Celtic Fc Statement Regarding JS

"FOLLOWING significant reaction from Celtic supporters around the world to a caption printed in a national newspaper, Celtic Football Club has reiterated its position on this issue.“As the club stated at the recent AGM, this is a poisonous, repugnant, despicable and cowardly campaign. Jock Stein was a great of Scottish football and this campaign is absolutely disgraceful.“The club did not want to dignify the issue with a detailed response and, having discussed this fully with the Stein family, they have been content to let us deal with it.“However, it is necessary for Celtic Football Club to respond publicly and assure our supporters that this is something we take extremely seriously.“Clearly, we abhor this poisonous campaign which is merely a sickening attempt to tarnish the name of one of the greatest figures in Scottish football history. Celtic Football Club will continue to tackle this issue whenever it arises.“With regard to the newspaper involved, the club has discussed this issue with their senior management, who have assured us that they are regretful as to what has happened and that they will be taking action"

To follow on from this i would like to see Celtic Fc take legal action towards The Daily Record regarding this disgraceful campaign and there stupidity in getting involved with this.Whoever "sub-edited" should be given the boot and out the door.Do you really think the Record will reprimand anyone for this?I can hear the phone call now "oh yes Mr Lawell dont worry about it they will be in big trouble" yeah right.

I urge you all to make banners againest this paper and campaign and display them in the coming weeks starting with the Motherwell home game this weekend.

I have told myself to keep updating this and i promise i will from now on.On the footballing side you can probably read in previous posts that im not a big GS fan so i shall not go into it.
